Item which is faulty, has manufacturing defect or wrongly described by us, we will happily organize an exchange (as store credits) for you or providing a replacement product. Store credit can be used to make future purchases through our website.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with the original packing slip and/or invoice.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, unworn, unwashed, or unused and in the original box or packaging. Any free gift, accessories and manuals supplied with the product must be returned. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any returned or exchanged.
Quick Dial Enterprise will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Please pack the item properly to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit and return your merchandise and insure it with a reliable courier company. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, will send out the replacement item within 1 working day after the confirmation.
We reserve the rights to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering an exchange or refund.
